 Project Summary ATM's services in Dubai span marina and waterfront planning, coastal and marine works design, MEP and civil infrastructure design, environmental services, tender services, and construction “supervision.” ATM started its Dubai operations in October 2005 as Island Global Yachting's (IGY) marina consulting engineers. At that time, IGY was awarded the contract as the exclusive planner, designer, and operator of Nakheel's marina properties in Dubai including the Palm Islands, The World, Dubai Waterfront, and facilities along the Dubai coastline. It is projected that when completed, this effort will involve the construction of over 30 marinas with over 25,000 berths. Additionally, ATM is working with IGY for several non-Nakheel projects in Dubai Creek and elsewhere including Dubai Festival City and The Jewel of the Creek.
