Services Rendered
ATM took over this troubled project on the Amite River in Livingston Parish, Louisiana, and was able to successfully modify the facility layout to conform with industry standards, operations needs, and regulatory requirements. Working closely with the New Orleans District of the United States Army Corps of Engineers and the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, ATM was able to successfully guide the project through the state/federal permitting process. The project development consists of a large drystack boat storage structure (designed to accommodate 400+ vessels), entrance canal off the Amite River, fueling facilities, fixed and floating docks, scenic timber walkways, clubhouse, pool, and other amenities.
