Project Summary
ATM worked with Weyerhaeuser Real Estate Development Company and the
homeowner's association of Cypress Landing to implement a practical
solution to problems they were experiencing at the existing marina.
Beginning with a detailed
analysis of the existing conditions at the site, ATM provided a
clear and viable plan for replacing the floating docks at the marina
while minimizing impact to marina patrons and operations.
Utilizing a phased approach to redevelopment, ATM worked with
Weyerhaeuser, the homeowner's association, and pertinent regulatory
agencies to provide a new marina design, permitting, and construction
phase services. The old and failing marina dock system with 224
slips was replaced with a new state-of-the-art facility—with
222 slips—that met the goals of both Weyerhaeuser and the Cypress
Landing Homeowner's Association. Construction was completed in
Summer 2004.
