Project Summary

The Harbor Station Marina and Marina Village is being developed as part of a large residential complex along the Potomac River. When complete, the marina will be the largest in the Washington, DC, area, and will include up to 450 wet slips ranging in size, with a length maximum of 80 feet. ATM assisted KSI from the beginning of the project, providing planning through final design services.
