Project Summary
 

ATM provided engineering, design, and permitting services for the redevelopment of the Washington Sailing Marina in Alexandria, Virginia. This project presented a challenging permitting scenario involving the District of Columbia, the commonwealth of Virginia, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the National Park Service.

ATM’s services at the Washington Sailing Marina included the construction of new docks, a wave attenuator, a new travel lift, and an updated boat ramp.
