Project Description: ATM has been involved in the NEOM Magna project since its earliest stages in 2021, supporting the development of three marinas in the region. Using a comprehensive assessment of key marine assets, we made strategic recommendations. To do this, ATM conducted detailed studies, including marina site analysis, concept evaluation, alternative designs, and financial modelling. Advanced coastal numerical modelling supported the marina master plans. Additionally, we peer-reviewed the marina’s concept design and helped NEOM develop business plans and financial models for the facilities while also providing recommendations to support best practices in marina operations.
