Project Description: Rose Island is a private island four miles east of Nassau and Paradise Island. The Rose Island Resort Project encompasses 230 acres and was designed to include a mix of residences, a Ritz-Carlton branded hotel, Ritz Club, villas, and estate lots. Additional components included a marina village, Yacht Island, a Bahamian straw market, a retail center, a gourmet restaurant, and a spa.
