Client: The City Marina Company/Safe Harbor Marinas 

Project Description: Since 1994, ATM has worked with The City Marina Company, recently acquired by Safe Harbor Marinas, through numerous redevelopment, expansion, and improvement efforts at the Charleston City Marina. The marina serves as the primary gateway into the city for transient boaters and offers a broad suite of amenities, including a floating bathhouse with private showers, restrooms, and laundry facilities; onsite vessel maintenance and repair; an on-water dock office; charter services; tour boats; restaurants; and a full-service ship's store. The marina hosts regular social and boating events and large-scale annual fishing tournaments.
