Project Description: As a subconsultant, ATM provided waterfront planning, engineering, design, and construction administration services to redevelop a municipal seaplane base and marina on the Harris Chain of Lakes in Tavares, Florida. The City of Tavares brands itself as "America's Seaplane City;" however, the existing facility had been destroyed during the 2016 hurricanes.
