Project Description: ATM was appointed by the Government of Umm Al Quwain (UAQ) and involved from inception to completion for 800,000 cubic metres of maintenance dredging of the Ahmed Bin Rashid Port Channel as well 1 kilometre of beach reclamation on the UAQ open beach waterfront. ATM has performed the detailed engineering and design of the dredging works and the beach. ATM provided tender support including issue of invitation to tender (ITT) package, tender evaluation, and recommendation. ATM also provided site supervision during the construction phase. The project included working closely with the marine contractor (Van Oord), and ATM successfully completed the project within the baseline programme.
