Project Description: Since 2001, ATM has supported the City of Jacksonville's inland and waterfront projects, both as the prime consultant and as a subconsultant. As the prime consultant, ATM provided services on 19 recreational projects, including a boat–ramp management master plan that addressed 23 City-owned boat ramps, individual park master plans, and waterfront facility improvements (boat ramps and docks). In 2018, we also inspected and designed docks impacted by Hurricane Irma.
