On June 5, 2019, Esteban Biondi, an associate principal with ATM’s waterfront team and chairperson of PIANC-The World Association for Waterborne Transport Infrastructure Recreational Navigation Commission (RecCom), provided an annual report and highlighted the need for additional members on RecCom working groups.
