Project Description: On fast-track marine projects, permitting delays can be as costly as construction risk. When marine contractor Australian Marine Technology needed to move quickly into construction at Hamriyah, ATM was brought in to manage the full permitting pathway. We reviewed the complete documentation set, identified gaps against submission requirements, and flagged any design modifications worth agreeing with the Client before lodgement. ATM assembled and submitted the full design package with bathymetric survey, concrete specifications, soil investigation, EHS No Objection Certificate, design drawings and calculations, including pile design and buoyancy checks. We secured both Trakhees design approval and Dubai Municipality Special Projects Approval expeditiously, enabling construction to commence on site. ATM’s role included detailed design documentation, No Objection Certificate and permit approvals, and Dubai Municipality Special Projects approvals.
