Project Description: ATM led a multidisciplinary team of consultants to assist the City of Isle of Palms with redevelopment plans for the Isle of Palms Marina.  Purchased by the City two decades before work began, infrastructure at the facility was aging while the site was becoming popular to the point where parking and traffic in and around the area had become problematic.
