Phil is a professional engineer at ATM, a Geosyntec company. He is based in Florida and prepares waterfront designs, with a focus on coastal conditions analyses, marina and dock design, and shoreline stabilization. His projects span the East Coast, Great Lakes, Caribbean, and Middle East.
The annual Georgia Environmental Conference is a large, comprehensive, and diverse environmental education opportunity in Georgia. The conference will be attended by 700 local, state, and federal government officials, as well as attorneys, academics, consultants, engineers, developers, architects, agribusiness leaders, energy and water resources experts, public health officials, and many others who have a strong interest in environmental activities in Georgia and the southeastern United States.
